    Terms & Conditions for NexusBerry Training and Solutions


    These Terms & Conditions (T&C) govern all interactions, submissions of information, and the use of services provided by NexusBerry Training and Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), whether through digital communication, our website, or in-person/offline communications.


    1. Training Services Agreement


    Trainee Responsibility: It is your responsibility, the trainee, to evaluate the suitability and utility of any course, certification, Boot Camp, or Live Virtual training before you register. We do not guarantee the relevance of any program for your specific career path.

    Right of Admission: We reserve the right of admission. If a participant engages in disruptive, inappropriate, or unreasonable conduct during a course, they may be denied access to future courses. The decision of the NexusBerry Training and Solutions management will be final in such cases.

    Facility Use: Any provided Wi-Fi internet facility is intended solely for web browsing and emails directly related to the training and is limited to use during scheduled training hours only.

    Schedule Changes: In the event of unforeseen contingencies, holidays, or disruptions, any lost training hours will be compensated. This compensation will occur either during weekends or on alternate days, as determined by the mutual convenience and availability of the trainer and trainee.

    Recording Policy: NexusBerry Training and Solutions strictly prohibits any kind of audio or video recording within its premises or during virtual sessions. Only still photography is allowed with prior permission.

    Non-Solicitation: A trainee shall not directly contact any trainer or employee of NexusBerry Training and Solutions for the purpose of availing external services or offering them a paid or unpaid assignment or job outside of their engagement with us.


    2. Payment and Fees


    Bank Wire Transfers: For all payments made via Bank Wire Transfer, any associated bank charges or transaction fees must be borne by the customer.

    Overseas Credit Card Payments: Payments made from overseas using credit cards through our payment gateway may involve a mark-up of up to 5% due to currency exchange and processing fees.

    PayPal Payments: Overseas payments made through PayPal may involve a mark-up of up to 10% due to currency exchange and processing fees.


    3. Pricing Disclaimer and Changes


    Pricing Subject to Change: All prices, products, and offers listed on our website or marketing materials are subject to change without prior notice.

    Pricing Errors: While we strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information, items on our website may, in rare cases, be priced incorrectly due to human errors, technical errors, digital image discrepancies, or other reasons. We reserve the right to correct any such errors.

    Training Type Pricing: Prices for batch or group training (in-classroom, boot camp, or virtual) will inherently differ from the pricing for personalized or one-on-one training sessions.

    Price Protection: NexusBerry Training and Solutions reserves the right to change prices for all our services, products, deals, or offers due to market conditions, provider requirements, course termination, advertising errors, or other extenuating circumstances. However, the price you paid at the time of your purchase will remain valid for your enrollment.


    4. Training Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy


    Cancellation by NexusBerry: We may be required to cancel or reschedule a class due to a trainer's unavailability or other unavoidable circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.

    Participant Rescheduling/Cancellation: If a participant wishes to reschedule or cancel a class, a formal notice must be sent via email to your enrollment advisor at least 10 days before the scheduled training start date.

    Adjustments: Any adjustments regarding unsatisfactory service delivery from our end are made at our sole discretion and may not result in a cash refund. These adjustments could include rescheduling the training dates, changing the trainer, modifying the mode of training, or adjusting the courseware module, among others.

    Inclusions: The Course Fee exclusively includes the Training Fee and Courseware. The Exam Voucher Fee is NOT included in the Training Fee unless explicitly stated otherwise in the course package description.


    5. Term and Termination of Training


    Adjustment Eligibility: Participants are entitled to receive adjustments (which are not subject to a cash refund) if they are dissatisfied with the service delivery. The maximum possible adjustment is limited to the Training Fee only (this excludes the cost of courseware, official e-kits, labs, and exam vouchers).

    Notice Period: Participants are only entitled to claim a training fee adjustment if they bring the complaint to the notice of management within the first 2 days of commencement of the course OR within the first 20% of the course coverage, whichever period is shorter.
